I usually find a spot on the gym floor for my focal point, sometimes a dot in the patterned surface, sometimes a speck of dirt, sometimes a scratch. Keeping my eyes fixed on the spot helps me maintain balance, preventing me from toppling over.
That speckled gym floor provides numerous focal options, as does our world. Who or what is your focus in life? And, for whom are you the focus? Be assured that Christ has his eyes lovingly focused on you. May you keep Him at the center of your balanced life.
